An easy drinking fall spiced cocktail with butter! Original cocktail by Mike Di Tota
2oz Brown Butter Bourbon
1oz Fresh Pear Juice
1/2oz Cinnamon Syrup
1/2oz Lemon Juice
2 drops Orange Blossom Water
2 dashes House Bitters
Garnish - Cinnamon Stick
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin, shake, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with Cinnamon a Stick.
Brown Butter Bourbon- Cook 1 stick of butter on Medium heat until it browns about 3 Minutes (whisk as you cook). Add Brown Butter to a bottle of Bourbon in a large Mason Jar . Let it sit in the freezer for 6 hours then strain though cheese cloth. Bottle.
