First post! I invented this cocktail to celebrate the opening of a friend's eponymous, fantastic new bakery/pastry/coffee shop in Arlington VA. It proved a hit - sweet, tart and earthy (with a touch of effervescent class) - so I thought I'd post it here. Enjoy!
1.5 oz Rhubarb (Art in the Age)
.5 oz Crème de Mûre (G.E. Massenez)
.5 oz lime
Combine the Rhubarb, Creme de Mure and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a coupe, top with some bubbly.
