About this Cocktail

I came across this cocktail in the fantastic PDT Cocktail Book but its origins date to the late 1920’s in France.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz gin
  • ¾ oz Cointreau
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
Preparation:

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
