About this Cocktail
ANA lounge at Haneda Airport has all of the makings of a Negroni, except sweet vermouth. Sooooooo......Umeshu it is!
One (1) part dry gin
One (1) part Campari
One (1) part Umeshu (Japanese "plum" sake)
Splash soda water
Stir the gin, Campari and Umeshu in a glass, add ice, splash with soda water at the end.
