About this Cocktail
This refreshingly bittersweet drink is from the extremely talented people at Dead Rabbit in Manhattan.
1 oz Gin
1 oz Cynar
3/4 oz Fresh OJ
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
Several Dashes of Angostura
Shake all ingredients over ice. Double strain into coupe. Serve up.
Note: Dead Rabbit used Bombay Dry which gave the drink a different backbone. I used Plymouth which makes the drink a little smoother.
