About this Cocktail
Recently purchased some cranberry bitters from Fee Brothers, and it sparked the idea of using 3 types of bitters ( hence the name) in an Old Fashioned riff.
For the spiced brown sugar syrup, I used cinnamon sticks, rosemary, orange peel and a little bit of Norwegian spruce. Turned out wonderfully.
1.5 Ounce Knob Creek Bourbon
0.6 Ounce Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Syrup
0.5 Ounce Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
0.25 Ounce Lemon Juice
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters
1 Dash Cranberry Bitters
1 Orange Peel
• Add all liquids into pint glass with ice
• Strain into lowball glass with hand-cut ice
• Express orange oils around rim of glass and place into glass
