2 oz. coffee-infused reposado tequila
.75 oz. Ancho Reyes
.75 oz. Dr. Pepper
2-3 drops Bittermens Tiki bitters
Build in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and optional tiki umbrella.
TEQUILA INFUSION: Combine 3 tbsp fresh coffee beans and 1 Liter of reposado tequila in a container. Stir well. Let it sit for 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Strain through cheesecloth and serve.
