Two Turtle Doves

About this Cocktail

Emblematic of moving to the beach is this, our first beach created cocktail, Two Turtle Doves. Obviously, the title, inspired by the “12 Days of Christmas” carol. The spirits, first & foremost from the Twelve 33 Distillery just a few miles from my home with their Santa’s Little Helper; some French Vanilla Kahlua & Dorda Salted Caramel on top of Vanilla Vodka round things out after you add some chocolate Bitters.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Twelve 33 Santa’s Little Helper
• 1 oz Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka
• 1 oz Kahlua French Vanilla Coffee Liqueur
• 1 oz Dorda Salted Caramel Liqueur
• 3 dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
• Garnish: Candy Cane or Dress Pick

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled and strain into a chilled coupe, a chilled martini glass or the perfect dove bird glasses gifted by your niece.

Garnish with a Candy Cane or dress cocktail pick.
