About this Cocktail

“I am un Chien Andalusia!”

I made this one up one day at work just for fun, and partly because I wanted to play around with Kümmel - which is a liqueur flavored with caraway seed, cumin, and fennel. This one also involves a few of my favorite ingredients: Rye Whiskey, Aperol, and Fernet. It ain’t sweet but that’s fine by me.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • Barspoon Combier Kümmel
  • Barspoon Fernet Branca
  • 2 oz Dry Vanilla Bean Soda
Preparation:

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into old fashioned glass over fresh ice, top with vanilla bean soda, and garnish with a lemon spiral. Now you can grow up to be a DEBASER!!!
