About this Cocktail

This crystal clear stirred daiquiri was the first drink on the menu at The Good Spirits Co cocktail club in March and also their first time using this Belgian acid solution Supasawa which I’ve been having a lot of fun with.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Plantation 3 Star White Rum
  • 17.5ml Supasawa
  • 17.5ml Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 dash of saline (4:1)
  • 2 drops Bitter Truth Lemon Bitters
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and serve without garnish.
