Ok, so I was looking to find out what I’d make with Iced Cake Vodka...and this popped up. So why not? Of course, I wish I used freshly squeezed juices, but there’s never a spare pineapple (or orange) around when you need one!
2 oz Smirnoff Iced Cake Vodka
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
2 Luxardo Cherries (or Maraschino)
Combine all but the cherries into a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake like you mean it for 15 seconds!
Strain over a chilled rock glass holding a single, large ice cube.
Secure two Luxardo cherries onto a bar spoon, then thread them onto a pick. After placing cherries atop cocktail, drip individual Luxardo cherry juice on the top of the drink randomly.
