About this Cocktail

Our take on the Vieux Carre’. Thanks John and Gretchen. Happy Fat Tuesday!

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 oz Sazerac Rye
  • 3/4 oz Remy Martin VSOP
  • 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 tsp B&B Benedictine
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Preparation:

Chill a cocktail glass. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into chilled glass. Rub rim of glass with a lemon twist and drop it in.
