About this Cocktail
Big fan of hard spices. This drink takes full advantage of those ingredient present in gin and elevates them further. God bless Tiki Bitters.
The cocktail's name is Italian for "village", as I had help from two coworkers. It takes a village.
1.5 Ounce London Dry Gin
1 Ounce Black Pepper & Clove Syrup
.75 Ounce Lime
Float of Prosecco
2 Dashes of Tiki Bitters
1 Mint Leaf
1 Basil Leaf
1. Muddle basil and mint in Boston shaker
2. Add all other ingredients except for prosecco with rocks
4. Double-strain into coupe glass
5. Top with float of prosecco
