I’ve been waiting to get my hands on some lavender syrup before riffing on CheersToHappyHour ‘s “Lavender Empire”. I opted for CdV I place of the lavender impression mainly because I never can plan my infusions well enough. Also went full egg white, but that’s just a preference. Kudos to Benton for the inspiration.
2 oz Empress Gin
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Pamplemousse
1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1/4 oz Cartron Creme de Violette
1/4 oz Lavender Syrup
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and and dry shake for 20+ seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and reshake for another 10 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail or Nick and Nora glass.
