About this Cocktail
This cocktail is the first in my exploration of sweet/savory cocktails. The kosher salt plays so well with the Mezcal, and the Sriracha adds just enough heat.
1.5 oz. Sombra Mezcal
.75 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Honey Syrup (1:1)
Freshly cracked Tellicherry peppercorns (about 4 turns)
1 pinch of Kosher Salt
6 drops Sriracha
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish
