I had a vague idea of what a whisky sour is. I hate the idea of egg whites in a drink. Hence, this.
3/4 oz lemon juice (fresh)
3/4 oz lime juice (fresh)
3/4 oz simple syrup
3 oz American whisky
Fill a shaker with ice, add ingredients, and shake it like you want to kill it. The whisky should have been kept in the freezer, everything else in the fridge. Strain into a glass of your choosing, which was also in the freezer. After pouring ice crystals should form on the surface of your drink. Now, set the controls for the heart of the sun.
