A reshake of my colleague Ebby’s drink of the same name. Elegant & chic, but also boozy & balanced. Kudos to Ebby for giving us this winner. Sadly, my photograph failed to capture the dehydrated lemon suggested and that I used — but trust me it’s there!
1 1/2 oz Bulleit Bourbon (Ebby used Weller)
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/4 oz Aperol
1/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Honey Syrup
Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon
Combine all but the garnish into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
