About this Cocktail
Hopefully Winter is coming to a close and Spring will be coming soon. Original cocktail by Mike Di Tota
2oz Fennel-Infused Gin
1/2oz Lemongrass Syrup
3/4oz Lime Juice
1 pinch of Salt
2 dashes Housemade Dandelion & Roots Bitters
Garnish - Fennel Frond
Add all ingredients to mixing can. Shake. Double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish w/ Fennel Frond.
Fennel-Infused Gin: Infuse 1 Fennel Bulb along with Stalks and Fronds in 1 bottle of Gin for 3 days. Strain and store.
Lemongrass Syrup: Steep Lemongrass Stalk (chopped roughly) in simple syrup. Let stand for an hour and store.
