About this Cocktail

Adapted from menu at The Cellar. Great seasonal cocktail. Very full & rich.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz port (ruby preferred)
  • 1 1/2 oz St. George spiced pear liqueur
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • Black pepper
  • Mint
Preparation:

Combine liquid ingredients in shaker. Add 3 twists of pepper from grinder. Shake over ice & serve. Twist sprig of mint for garnish.
