About this Cocktail
A very loose, very herbal Gimlet riff to celebrate the end of summer...
2 oz. gin
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
¼ oz. green chartreuse
¼ oz. sage-infused dry vermouth
Shake over ice, strain & serve up in a coupe glass, sage leaf garnish.
½ oz. dried sage leaves in one 750 ml bottle of Dolin dry vermouth. Let it sit at room temperature for about 3 hours, strain and refrigerate.
