About this Cocktail

from Brad Thomas Parsons', Amaro

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz rye
  • 1/2 oz Cynar
  • 1/4 oz Averna
  • 1/4 oz Benedictine
  • Lemon zest
Preparation:

Combine ingredients except zest in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Express lemon zest over the surface of the drink and discard.
