About this Cocktail
My riff on a Jungle Bird from thinking about how well chocolate goes with both mezcal and Campari. The Yucatan is Mexico's jungle where they grow a lot of their chocolate.
1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Black Strap Rum
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Crème de Cacao
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Shake with ice, strain into a Tiki mug, and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig (pineapple wedge and/or leaves would work too).
