Fresh basil leaves
45ml talisker storm
10ml dry sherry
40ml pineapple juice
2 cherry tomatoes
Put basil leaves, tomatoes and pinoles into a shaker, push them very hard, add all the remaning ingredients, shake and double strain over fresh crushed ice.
