A (slightly) more modern take on the Zombie, dating to the 1950s (the original is from the 1930s).
0.5oz white rum
1.5oz gold rum
1oz dark rum
1oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1tsp pineapple juice
1tsp papaya juice
1tsp superfine sugar
Combine all ingredients (except 151-proof rum) in a Collins glass filled three-quarters with ice. Float the 151 as a "lid" by pouring it into a spoon and gently dipping it under the surface of the drink. (Light it with a match if desired.) Garnish with mint, and a skewer of maraschino cherry/pineapple cube/maraschino cherry. Serve with a straw.
