About this Cocktail

After party reviver. Smoky, sour, spicy. For Friday survivors.

  • 50ml lapsang souehong infused scotch*
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml cranberry syrup (cranberry sauce will work too)
  • 1 barspoon of A.I. Barbecue sauce

Combine all ingredients in shaker and give it a good shake, then fine strain it in old fashioned glass over big ice cubes.
Garnish with celery slice, lemon peel and some pepper.

For infused scotch: take a bottle of blended scotch and add two or three table spoon of tea in it, leave for one day and then strain.
