SPRING! I like my martinis dry and when the season is right, savory.
1/2 cucumber, peeled and seeded
2.25 Plymouth Gin
0.5 Dolin Dry
Pinch of salt
Muddle cucumber and salt in tin. Add gin and vermouth. Dry shake. Add ice and stir. Double strain into coupe. Express lemon peel and discard. Cucumber wheel and mint sprig as garnish.
