Easy Egg Nog

About this Cocktail

Because egg nog shouldn't be complicated. Be mindful of your pace as this goes down quite easily!

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Castle D'ajac Brandy
  • .75 oz cream
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a shaker and dry shake vigorously for ten seconds. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a cocktail glass and add garnish.
