  • Brandon Herring
One of my favorite drinks. So where do I get ew's bitters?
  • Brandon Herring
    Oh, and fantastic photo!
  • Erich Schultz
my bitters are only in a few select establishments right now. look for them to be more available in the near future...
  • Travis Tolmachoff
Balanced and classic. Nice work, Erich.
  • Dan Stone
A friend of mine makes this drink with a thicker 3:1 honey syrup. Gives it a velvety texture. And you'd need less of it, probably 1/2 or 3/4 oz.
  • Ryan Gannon
TJ Siegal's original calls for 2/.75/.75 What does the addition of bespoke bitters bring to this drink?
  • Hunter Orahood
Ya go with 3:1 honey syrup as they do at M&H and try equal parts. In the winter try adding a 1/4 of zirbenz pine liqueur and grate some cinnamon on top!
  • Hunter Orahood
Equal parts honey to citrus that is! (Didn't mean to confuse anyone)
  • Dani DeLuna
I made this and split the honey syrup with Domaine de Canton. 0.5oz for each. It was yum yum.
  • Hunter Orahood
Yea Dani this ones seen lots of fun upgrades... Cut back the honey and add 1/4oz allspice dram in the winter.
  • KC Wolff
Could not be bothered to make honey syrup. Substituted with 1/2 oz gum arabic syrup and 1/2 oz honey. Bitter Truth Lemon bitters. Silky smooth finish.
