About this Cocktail

Summer drink I made after playing guitar for 2 hours.

  • 1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin
  • .5 oz. St. Germain
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • .25 oz. Cherry Heering
  • Grapefruit Peel Flower Garnish

Add all liquids but Heering to mixing tin. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with nice big cubes. Float the Heering on top and watch it fall. Garnish with peel flower. Enjoy!

Option: Sprinkle freshly grated black pepper on top

  • Louis Muscato
also tried it garnished with freshly cracked black pepper and it was even more delicious!
  • Duncan Carmichael
Really enjoy this. First time I made it, had run out of London Dry so used Tanqueray Sevilla Orange. Also, highly recommend Giffard Elderflower: more complex than St. Germain.
