Riff odd of scofflaw for St. Patrick’s Day
1 1/2 ounce whiskey
1 ounce extra dry vermouth
1 ounce honey syrup 2:1
3/4 ounce lime juice
1-2 dashes Orange bitters
Foaming agent: egg white, aquafaba, or foaming bitters
Place all in shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain into glass and garnish with gold flakes.
