Inspired by the "Tiki Rum Sazerac" from Thrillist (https://www.thrillist.com/recipe/the-tiki-rum-sazerac-how-to-make-a-sazerac-with-rum), but based on the ingredients I had on hand.
1 part spiced rum (Kraken Classic)
1/4 to 1/2 part Orgeat (Torani or Trader Vic's) (to taste)
1/4 part Absinthe (plus more in a spritzer/atomizer)
2 shakes sour cherry bitters
2 shakes blackstrap molasses bitters
2 shakes orange bitters
King size ice cubes
matches or a lighter
Build cocktail in a double Old Fashioned glass. Before adding the king ice cube, use matches or a lighter and the atomizer to set alight a spritz of absinthe into the cocktail. Add ice, stir, and serve.
