3/4 Teaspoon Raw Honey (I use Woodbine Honey Co's wildflower honey)
St. George Absinthe Verte
White Wine Vinegar
Slowly and patiently stir the honey into the tequila in mixing glass. Put 3 drops of absinthe and 3 drops of vinegar into a highball and roll them around the sides of the glass. Pinch salt in glass and add a large ice cube. Pour the tequila over the ice. Drop a wildflower on top of the ice. Serve!
