About this Cocktail
I love a good Negroni, but I have found the Campari a bit overwhelming for everyday drinking. I decided to sweeten the deal a bit by cutting the Campari and adding a dash of Cointreau. Enjoy.
2 Oz Gin (Botanist)
3/4 Oz Carpano Antica
1/2 Oz Campari
1/4 Oz Cointreau
Coat rim of glass with oil of lemon peel
Pour ingredients into shaker. Add ice. Stir.
Coat rim of old fashioned glass with lemon peel oil.
Add cube to glass, or not, pour drink into glass.
