About this Cocktail

So this is probably my favorite winter drink off our new menu. Created by Giuseppe Gonzales and now available at Blackbird. Originally formulated with Rittenhouse 100 we are offering 3 choices of spirit. Rye, bourbon and Lemon Hart rum. Beware, it's a boozy ride.

  • 1 oz Angostura Bitters
  • .5 secondary spirit (Rittenhouse)
  • 1 oz Orgeat
  • .75 lemon

Build/shake/strain. I believe the original was served up.

    Yes. If you choose Rye add .5 rye. On our menu I'm doing a few choices.
